Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and PTAC units
– Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
– Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
– Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and practices
– Customer service-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests
– Proficient in English, both written and verbal
– Leadership abilities to guide and train junior technicians
– Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition
