Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Turn Maintenance Tech
You will be working on military housing on Tyndall AFB, Panama City FL. Weekly pay. Direct deposit. Paid national holidays. Paid vacation after 1 year. We supply all equipment and tools. This is a Monday – Friday, daytime position. Hours are 8:00 to 4:30. No on call or weekends required. Must have your own reliable transportation with a valid drivers license. Cannot be dropped off. Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies).

License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)

This is not a government position, no healthcare, no retirement.
Experience
- Maintenance: 2 years VERIFIABLE residential or commercial housing experience (Required)
- Must have verifiable references (Required)
- Ceiling fan installation. Electrical outlet installation. Cabinets, doors and storm door installation. Toilet removal and installation. Overhead lighting removal and installation, caulking, blind removal and installation, appliance installation, etc. All general maintenance knowledge required. No HVAC experience required. (Required)
