- Responsibilities:
– Unit turn including painting unit
-Patching and painting textured drywall
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
-Make rounds during the day to dispose of bulk trash and keep facility clean
- Experience:
– Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred.
– Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and address maintenance needs.
– Must be able to move/lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs.), climb vertical ladders, work at heights and be proficient in the use of common hand and power tools
– Proficient in English, both written and verbal
-Must have a sense of urgency and needs to work independently
