What You’ll Do:
- Complete work orders and emergency repairs
- Perform general maintenance and preventative care
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Prepare units for new residents
- Maintain common areas and grounds
- Participate in on‑call rotation
What We’re Looking For
- All experience levels welcome
- Maintenance or trade experience preferred
- HS diploma or GED
- MN Class C Driver’s License
- Boiler license (or willingness to obtain)
