PAM is now seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to add to our amazing team.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to and complete repairs per quality/time standards
- Assist in unit make-readies (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliances, painting, cleaning)
- Ensure move-in readiness
- Share on-call rotation
- Perform other assigned duties
Minimum Qualifications:
- Skills: Plumbing, painting, drywall
- Work independently and as a team
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
