Junior-level

Maintenance Technician Position:

Specialized service in the mechanical industry using Liquid Nitrogen for applications in pipe freezing, shrink fitting and hot tapping.

Summary of Duties

· High quality execution of our specialty services in a safe manner

· Follows policies and procedures

· Communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients and contractors

· Drive to/from job sites responsibly and maintain accurate and up to date paperwork (Transportation of Dangerous Goods, detailed invoicing etc..)

·Participate in upkeep of work property, equipment, and vehicles

· Work a flexible schedule according to the contracting company’s requirements. This includes nights, weekends and out of town, overnight work.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record

· Mechanically inclined (subject to practical test)

· Trade related skills

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

· Computer Savvy (an asset)

· Fast learner with an attention to detail, punctual, must be safety conscious and a strong team member

Other Information:

Will train on job

Clean drivers’ license

Competitive wages

Security clearance checks as required for projects.

Pay Hourly:Dependent on skill and experience (starting $25-$30)
