….TF Energy Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Coordinator.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager the Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, estimating, and scheduling of equipment.

Responsibilities

include implementing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers.  Scope:

Ensure all vehicles are maintained in compliance with vehicle inspection and maintenance regulations and company expectations

Organized record keeping

Assist in vendor selection and price negotiations

Review PM (Planned Maintenance) work order history and contribute to the PM schedule to optimized equipment.

Facilitate communications between Maintenance and other departments.

Periodically review policies and processes to ensure best practice throughout the department.

Assume the position of direct contact for third-party vendors, schedule and track all service activity.

Understand, comply with, and promote all company safety rules, company policies, regulations, and documentation.

Ensure the effective capacity utilization, reliability, and life cycle asset management.

What You Bring:

Minimum 3 years Maintenance Coordinator experience required

Valid class 1 license is considered an asset

Previous PM system experience, including the ability to make enhancements and implement changes as needed.

Sound knowledge of commercial equipment related to the work performed

Strong observational and

analytical skills

Ability to

analyze complex problems and identify solutions

Ability to

work under pressure
