OurMaintenance Clerks help keep our operations up and runningby maintaining and executing our maintenance management programs. If working with a great team and keeping all the balls in the air sounds like your kind of challenge, take a look at what we offer.
We’re looking for aMaintenance Clerkto join ourlargest sawmill, located inHigh Level, Alberta. Our High Level Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products forcustomers around the worldso they can build their homes and their communities.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Administrative experiencepreferably in a technical/maintenance environment.
Related experience in equipment planning.
Able tomultitask under tight deadlines; set priorities; use independent judgment with strong attention to detail.
Must maintain confidentiality; work in a team environment and haveexcellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systemspreferably JD Edwards.
General familiarity with Lumber manufacturing operations would be beneficial.

In this role you will:
Provideadministrative support for the planning and maintenancework order functions.
Process repair requests into work orders for the maintenance team, issue work orders for completion, close work orders and maintain work history.
Maintain records managementfor all planning-related documentation.
Provide general administrative support for the rest of the maintenance team.
Be required to work shiftsincluding weekend work.
Work independently as part of a high-performance team.
