**Overview:**
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team.
Open to different skill levels. Pay depends on level of skill.
*Must have drivers license.
*Must have weekend availability.
Maintenance will be provided for several different businesses including but not limited to the following: Hot Shots Imaging locations, The Grateful Shed, Pure Sugar Candy Stores, and rental properties.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments & prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities & minimize disruptions to operations.
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules to minimize downtime & maximize efficiency.
- Diagnose & troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, carpentry and plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders.
Requirements
- Experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting & repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of hand & power tools used in maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours & respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
