Overview
We are seeking a entry level or experienced Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory setting and operating machinery to assemble air filters.
Duties
– Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line
– Assemble air filters according to specifications
– Perform quality checks on finished products
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
– Previous experience in a manufacturing facility as a Machine Operator/assembly
– Ability to keep workspace clean and organized
– Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
– Good work ethic and reliability is a must
– Must have reliable transportation
– Standing for full 8 hour shift
This is a position that requires great attendance and a strong work ethic. But with a strong work ethic and reliability comes an opportunity to make flat rate pay plus bonus based on performance and output. The more units you produce in a 8 hour day the more bonus you make. You are guaranteed $18/hour but bonus pay will quickly rise up. Pay day is every Friday and will be directly deposited into your bank account.
This is a position that is open immediately for qualified individuals.
