The AI Agent team is focused on developing state-of-the-art AI systems that address real-world business challenges. This role involves hands-on contribution to cutting-edge initiatives, requiring machine learning engineers who can translate research advancements into practical, production-ready systems. As a Machine Learning Engineer, the primary objective is to bridge the gap between research and real-world deployment. Responsibilities include developing and deploying LLM-based solutions, scaling AI systems, and addressing key challenges such as evaluation, robustness, and reliability. While the focus is on applied AI rather than pure research, the work involves some of the most advanced technologies in the Generative AI space.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI Agent systems and ML models
- Improve reasoning, planning, and evaluation capabilities in real-world AI systems
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI into production environments
- Scale ML systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Tackle challenges in GenAI, LLM deployment, and system evaluation
- Contribute to shaping the roadmap of AI Agent development
What’s Being Looked For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- ~1+ years of experience in machine learning or AI. (Strong projects or internships can also be considered for new grads)
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, especially NLP and Generative AI
- Experience with tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, NumPy
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work across teams
- Interest in taking AI from theory into real-world applications
