Requirements:
– Proven track record in luxury retail sales, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
– Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewellery items
– Proficiency in jewellery design software and hands-on experience in working with clients to design custom pieces
– Strong understanding of gemology, metals and current jewellery trends
– Exceptional communication skills and a talent for interpreting client’s visions into stunning designs
Extra:
– Perform retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all jewellery displays are visually appealing
– Assist with inventory management, including collaboration on purchasing decisions
– Work with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
