Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations to determine care needs.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies following strict protocols and safety standards.
- Document all patient interactions accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Assist in emergency situations within Level I Trauma Centers or emergency rooms by providing critical support and rapid response.
- Perform venipuncture and other invasive procedures with precision and professionalism.
- Monitor patient progress, update medical records, and communicate findings clearly to the healthcare team.
- Support infection control practices and adhere to hospital policies for patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Valid LPN or RN license with current state certification.
- Experience working in Level II trauma centers, emergency medicine, or hospital settings with medical-surgical or ICU backgrounds.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and record keeping.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medication administration protocols.
- Ability to perform IV insertion, venipuncture, and vital signs measurement efficiently.
- Experience with outpatient clinics, post-acute care environments, or sub-acute care settings is preferred.

Pay: $38.00 – $60.00 per hour
