Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as assigned
• Collaborate on care plans and assessment procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately
• Act as an advocate for residents’ needs
• Support the onboarding of new nurses and assistants
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Registration with BCCNM as an LPN
• Current basic CPR certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a clinical setting advantageous
