The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Lot Attendant to join our Okotoks Volkswagen team!

As a group with 8 dealerships, a collision repair centre, and an online pre-owned sales lot, we believe our success and growth is built on the drive and dedication of our people.

Schedule

  • Full-time Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Ensure lot is maintained in a clean and orderly manner
  • Transfer vehicles to offsite locations as required
  • Assist with tire inventory, moving tires to assigned storage area
  • Rental return cleaning and preparation
  • Conduct lot walks with managers daily
  • Check for and report unauthorized parking
  • Check work schedule on an ongoing basis for new tasks
  • Ensure window advertising and year decals are displayed in vehicles
  • Report damaged vehicles and service problems
  • Fuel up vehicles and update license plates as required
  • Report any reconditioning required to Used Car Manager

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift, lower, hold, and carry light to heavy loads
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
  • Self-motiving with excellent work ethic
  • Outgoing, friendly, reliable, and organized
  • Loves a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Valid AB driver’s license
  • Clean 3-year driver's abstract
