Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented home and Airbnb cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Use cleaning equipment effectively to complete tasks efficiently
- Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely following all safety protocols
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for moving furniture or equipment
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
