In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, tracking shipments, coordinating with drivers and crews, and ensuring that every job is completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries, moves, and service routes
- Communicate with drivers, crew members, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Track shipments and job progress to ensure on-time completion
- Maintain accurate records of orders, routes, and delivery details
- Resolve scheduling issues, delays, or customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Optimize routes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Support dispatch operations and assist with planning logistics strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
