Your Part in It:Working out of our Hamilto office, we are looking for our next Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects to ensure they are planned, executed, and delivered successfully in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Your work will work alongside our rapidly growing Operations team and you will communicate thoroughly with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position is a great opportunity to further your career within the extensive logistics’ field.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
What the Job Entails:
Directly interfaced with customers to coordinate project timelines, installation schedules, and service expectations
Managed multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Handled high volumes of emails and after-hours phone support with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Maintained consistent client updates via Teams chats and professional correspondence
Utilized Excel spreadsheets for tracking project milestones, task assignments, and reporting
Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
Creating and maintaining Strong Vendor Relationships
Preparing required shipping documentation
Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers
Minor Accounting Functions and data entry
What We Are Looking For:
Previous logistics/transportation and/or project coordinating experience, in a 3PL environment preferred
Bilingual in English & French considered an asset
High School Diploma
Customer service experience
Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills are a must
Possess professional phone mannerisms
Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun
