Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Coordinator to support our daily international operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and communicating with global partners and customers.

Industry training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international air import and export shipments
  • Communicate with overseas agents, airline warehouses, and customers
  • Prepare shipping documents and invoices
  • Monitor shipment timelines and ensure on-time processing
  • Tender shipments at airline cargo terminals as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and organized documentation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Asset (Preferred but not required):

  • Previous freight forwarding or logistics experience
  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills

We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $3,800 – $4,500 per month (Training phase)
  • Salary is negotiable upon successful completion of probation and annual performance reviews.
