Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator located in Winnipeg, MB. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily transportation and warehouse operations, including coordinating shipments, optimizing logistics workflows, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. The role also involves liaising with clients, drivers, and internal teams to address operational issues, meet delivery timelines, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify and address logistical challenges effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact with clients, drivers, and team members professionally
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee storage and transportation processes efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable
- Proficiency with logistics management software and tools is an advantage
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or Logistics is preferred
