We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in Markham, Ontario.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Logistic Coordinator who can also operate a forklift, manage warehouse inventory, and handle import-export documentation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, and customer service, with expertise in CRM systems such as Salesforce. Experience in packing and handling crates is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistic Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Forklift Operation:
Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack products.
Conduct daily inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance needs.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of the forklift.
Warehouse Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s inventory management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy.
Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
Import-Export Documentation:
Prepare and manage all necessary import-export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance of shipments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import-export regulations and requirements.
Shipping and Receiving:
Oversee the loading, unloading, and inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Verify the accuracy of shipment orders and ensure proper documentation.
Handle the packing and handling of crates, ensuring products are securely packed for transportation.
CRM Management:
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage inventory, customer interactions and streamline logistics processes.
Update and maintain accurate customer records and track activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, and inventory management.
Proficient in operating forklifts with a valid forklift operator’s certification.
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of import-export documentation and international trade regulations.
Familiarity with packing and handling crates.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. A post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
