The Logistics Coordinator will look after the following:
working with manufacturing centers in Germany and the United States of America to coordinate shipments coming to Canadian customers
managing relationships with couriers and LTL forwarders to ensure timely, on-time deliveries
receive all inventory shipments and place into appropriate bins
ship sold inventory and demo units from our office to customers and internal staff
work with customs brokers to ensure efficient cross border shipments
reconcile monthly courier and freight forwarding invoices against portals
invoice customers upon shipment confirmation
respond to customer delivery update inquiries and expedite requests
coordinate TDG7 shipments to all points within Canada.
participate in any other duties as assigned
Knowledge:
Bilingual French/English is an asset
Intermediate to advanced excel skills
Detail-oriented and well organized
Time management skills and deadline driven
