Overview
Elite Hill Side Transportation LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support the daily coordination of transportation services for our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations. In this role, you will help schedule trips, communicate with drivers and clients, monitor transportation activities, and ensure reliable service for individuals traveling to medical appointments and healthcare facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and making a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily transportation requests for clients and healthcare partners
- Monitor driver routes, trip progress, and service performance to ensure on-time arrivals and pickups
- Communicate with drivers, clients, caregivers, and medical facilities regarding schedules and transportation updates
- Maintain accurate trip records, transportation logs, and service documentation
- Assist with route planning and scheduling adjustments based on traffic, client needs, and operational requirements
- Address transportation issues and provide timely solutions to ensure excellent customer service
- Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
- Prepare reports related to trip volumes, service metrics, and operational activities
- Assist with driver coordination, scheduling, and dispatch support as needed
- Ensure all transportation requests are handled efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass background screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
- Familiarity with NEMT operations, healthcare transportation, or fleet coordination
- Experience using dispatching, routing, or scheduling software
- Knowledge of local roadways, route planning, and GPS navigation systems
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Pay: $23.80 – $28.70 per hour
