Shift Time is 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Job duties will include:
Data Entry & Customer Service
Writing bills of lading into the system.
Scheduling delivery appointments via phone and email.
Tracking/tracing and updating shipments.
Other general office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Data Entry experience
Customer Service (Preferred)
Attention to detail
Experience in working in the logistics industry
Phone etiquette
Excellent attendance record
