The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor to support our growing team. You’ll own the file from intake to funding, ensuring deals are clean, complete, and moving fast.
What you’ll do:
- Review and structure files for submission to underwriting
- Verify bank statements, financials, and supporting documents
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, and missing pieces upfront
- Work closely with sales and underwriting to move deals forward
- Manage a high volume of files while keeping everything organized
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of loan processing experience (alternative lending/MCA or mortgage preferred)
- Strong understanding of cash flow and deal structuring
- High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Clear communicator who can push files across the finish line

Interview Process in a Flash:
1. Virtual Phone Screening
A brief 15-minute introduction with a member of our HR team via Google Meet. We’ll share more about the role, team, culture, and mission while learning about your background.
2. Second Round Phone Interview
A 20–30 minute, in-depth conversation focused on your experience and fit for the role.
3. On-Site Interview
An in-person meeting with The HR Director and Director to discuss any remaining questions and ensure alignment on the role and team.
4. Decision
You will receive either an offer or feedback following the final stage.
