Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate support staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee all aspects of loan processing, including application review, approval, and documentation accuracy
- Manage cash handling, cash management, and store financial transactions with precision and integrity
- Develop strategies to increase retail sales, improve customer relationship management, and grow the loan portfolio
- Monitor profit & loss statements to ensure store profitability and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies in all loan and collection related activities
- Skip trace, compile and enact Small Claims suits, garnishments and HOAs
Requirements
- Proven experience in assistant management or store management roles within financial services environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire high performance
- Extensive knowledge of loan processing procedures and sales techniques
- Proficiency in financial software systems, basic math skills, and accurate data entry
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with profit & loss analysis, cash handling procedures, and sales management strategies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
