Loader Operator Jobs in Woodstock at Oxford Sand and Gravel Ltd.
Primarily doing aggregate loadout out of our pit sites in Oxford County, the Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the wheel loader they are running.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safe and efficient operation of the loader
· Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
· Understand and follow directions of supervisor
· Perform routine cleaning and maintenance
· Assist with crushing/screening plant moves/screen changes as required
· Perform other duties assigned as a well-rounded team contributor
Key Requirements:
· Possess a positive “can do” attitude
· Open minded, eager to learn and develop
· Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills
· Customer service oriented
· Prior loader or heavy equipment operator experience an asset
· Mechanical ability a benefit
· Ability to thrive in a heavy equipment outdoor environment
· Comfortable working independently
· Drivers licence and own transportation.
