Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
– Assist children with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Provide companionship and emotional support
– Prepare and serve nutritious meals including authentic Nepali cuisine such as Tite, Dal Bhat, Selroti, Momo, dhido and gundruk soups.
– Help with household chores and light housekeeping
– Pick up and drop off children to and from school bus stops
-Assist children with their daily homework as needed.
– Administer medication under supervision.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
– Knowledge or experience in caring for children
– Background in early childhood education or related field beneficial
– Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
– Ability to speak in English and or Nepali, Jerung and Chamling languages along with strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $15.00-$20.91 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
