Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential care and support for our mother in the comfort of our own home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, caregiving, and assisting individuals with various needs.
Duties:
– Assist with activities of daily living, incl; medication and groceries and watering plants in/out doors
– Provide companionship and emotional support
– Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
– Assist with meal preparation (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
– Assist walking to the nursing home to visit husband and return home
Skills:
– Proficient in patient care techniques
– Knowledge or experience in caregiving
– Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills (understand and speak Filipino)
– Capability to handle physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting
