Line Operator: UV Jobs in Minneapolis, MN at Woodco Prefinishing

exceptional results.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UV Line Operator to join our team. As a UV Line Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and possibly maintaining the UV line. This role will ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring all surfaces and finished goods meet high-quality standards.
Duties (include but not limited to):
- Apply finishing techniques on various building materials using UV finishes.
- Operate manual and automated finishing equipment such as air assisted airless, automated lineal lines.
- Be a part of the process from start to finish including prep, finishing and packaging. Watch these finished goods come to life through our finishing processes.
- Work with and learn from a dedicated team that has decades of experience.
- Be willing to learn to how to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Location: Blaine, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-11:00PM (hours may slightly vary depending on project)
Wage: $18.00 -$22.00 per hour DOQ
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to provide documentation, on first day of employment, proving ability to work in the US
- Experience in finishing including the use of UV finishing equipment strongly preferred, but not required
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting
- Familiarity with finishing best practices
- Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work
