Zambri’s, a renowned, award-winning Italian restaurant, is currently seeking a line cook to join its team. This hybrid position involves working in the Saucier/Secondi Station. It offers a unique opportunity to learn authentic Italian cuisine, butchery skills, and more!
While previous experience in cooking meat and fish is preferred, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop with us. Our team is highly skilled, adaptable, and always excited to share their knowledge and experience with the right candidate.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing the following:
· Preparing essential ingredients and creating finished dishes using specialized kitchen tools for the restaurant.
· Preparing and cooking food for a regular evening service
· Ensuring that food comes out in a timely fashion
· Ensuring their area of responsibility is well-stocked and guest-ready
· Maintaining freshness of product and ensuring rotation of old product
· Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards under the direction of the chef team.
In addition, the ideal candidate should be:
· Detail-oriented,
· Able to multitask
· keep up in a fast-paced environment
What we offer:
· Competitive wages ranging from 20.00 – 22.00 per hour.
