We do require that restaurant experience is a necessary and do not encourage those who not are looking for a long term career in a restaurant hospitality career to apply.
Hamilton’s Steakhouse is a professional, scratch kitchen utilizing fine ingredients and offering our guests an unforgettable dining experience through food and service. We utilize our greenhouse for fresh produce whenever possible, as well as using local purveyors. Varying levels of skill sets are fine just as long as the applicant is a humble, ego-free individual with a genuinely positive attitude and demeanor who are dependable, focused, and passionate.
Applicants should have a committed work ethic and a passion for the industry, as well as a desire to grow and learn in a dynamic work environment where the ability to multitask under high pressure is a must. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk during shift, and be flexible with schedule availability as the schedule will include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The line cooks/prep cooks would be put into great positions to succeed and grow as we are all about promoting from within. We look forward to hearing from you.
