Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
– Plan and create menus that are innovative and appealing to customers
– Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
– Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
– Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines
– Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
– Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
