What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning
- Cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure top-quality standards
- Work closely with the team to deliver fast, consistent, and delicious meals
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu items
- Support catering and special events when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knife skills and kitchen fundamentals
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Experience with Latin cuisine
- Knowledge of food safety, handling, and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
