We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen environment and possess a passion for food preparation and service.
Duties:
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
– Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items
– Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
– Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
– Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
– Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
– Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
– Familiarity with food safety regulations
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
