Line Cook/Prep Jobs in Peachland at The Blind Angler
Duties:
– Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
– Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
– Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
– Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the supervisor
– Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Experience:
– Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
– Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
