WHO WE ARE
Sansotei Ramen is a Canadian brand specializing in authentic Tonkotsu Ramen taking our inspiration from the Kyushu and Hokkaido regions of Japan. We source the highest quality products and ingredients both locally and direct from Japanese suppliers. Sansotei was founded in Toronto in 2012, with our first location in the heart of the city. Since then the passion and creativity that we bring to our craft has been well received by a broad clientèle, both critics and foodies alike. At Sansotei we strive to build a culture of hard work and dedication, and we are passionate about serving the best ramen, one bowl at a time. Today we have grown to serve locations across the Greater Toronto Area, expanding to Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo region and Montreal, with new outposts slated to open soon. THE ROLE
– Prep items for your station
– Cook on the line during service times
– Clean down your station and write prep list for the next shift
– Help the manager with daily kitchen duties
– Maintain the highest standards in food quality
Location: Flagship store at Scarborough Town Centre (300 Borough Drive, Scarborough M1P 4P5)
Salary: $16.55-18/hour + Tips
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
