We’re currently seeking both full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our culinary team.

Position Overview:
As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. From preparing and cooking menu items with precision to ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, you’ll be an integral part of our kitchen team. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out in the culinary world, we welcome individuals who are passionate, creative, and thrive in a family-like environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to expedite orders efficiently during busy service periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests.
Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train individuals who are passionate and eager to learn.
A love for cooking and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliability to work your shifts as scheduled and to show up on time
