Zambri’s, a renowned, award-winning Italian restaurant, is currently seeking a line cook to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to work with seasonal produce while developing a diverse set of skills. Additionally, you will have a chance to contribute creatively while learning authentic Italian cuisine.
Although previous experience is preferable, we value an individual’s willingness to learn and collaborate with our team more than their past work experience or culinary expertise. Our team is highly skilled, adaptable, and always excited to share their knowledge and experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing the following:
· Preparing essential ingredients and creating finished dishes using specialized kitchen tools for the restaurant.
· Preparing and cooking food for a regular evening service
· Ensuring that food comes out in a timely fashion
· Ensuring their area of responsibility is well-stocked and guest-ready
· Maintaining freshness of product and ensuring rotation of old product
· Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards under the direction of the chef team.
In addition, the ideal candidate should be:
· Detail-oriented,
· Able to multitask
· keep up in a fast-paced environment
What we offer:
· Competitive wages ranging from 19.00 – 22.00 per hour.
· Tips, averaging from $3.5-$4/hr
