Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation are essential

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
