UnDefined Restaurant is looking for experienced Line Cooks
We are a refined kitchen with a habit of overdelivering each time, driven by a from scratch mentality with a creative and evolving approach.
Inspired menus change often to keeps things new and exciting. Menu planning and a modern influenced approached are key.

We will be hosting in person interviews on Monday March 4th from 10am – 3pm at our job fair. You are also welcome to apply in person for an interview.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Ambitious, career minded individuals who will provide consistent support and guidance to all those around them
Working all line positions in a competent and confident manner
Performing all assigned duties as required, including prep responsibilities, deep clean requirements etc.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
Maintaining a positive and committed focus to your own development and growth
Receiving direction from The Chef & Sous, and building on that
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
2-3 years Line Cook experience in restaurant kitchens is required
Current knowledge of modern cooking methods (curing, brining, sous-vide. etc)
Food Handler’s Certification is preferred

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
