Ithaka Greek Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook to join our incredible team and Family!
Established in 2013, Ithaka Greek Restaurant is an authentic, Greek family-owned business that celebrates culinary and Greek cultural traditions through authentic, healthy and lovingly-prepared delicious Greek food. We are a busy restaurant, operating Monday to Sunday, 4:30-9:00pm. Ithaka is a fast paced, fun, social environment with a focus on the guest experience and teamwork. We take pride in the hospitality experience we provide to our guests. We treat our colleagues with the utmost respect and welcome them to our working family. Minimum 3 years Line Cook experience is essential/required. Candidates with Greek/Mediterranean cuisine experience preferred.
You are a team player, have passion for cooking and thrive working under pressure.
Responsibilities include prepping food, setting up the line, executing orders, and end of shift clean up. Must follow food safety procedures and Ithaka standards. You would be working with a team of 3-5 line cooks/colleagues.
**Applicants must be currently located in Victoria and legally authorized to work in Canada. Applicants must be available weekends.**

You will receive competing wages starting at $21-23 per hour based on experience
