Responsibilities:
Mentoring kitchen staff to ensure that they are able to consistently produce high-quality dishes
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to execute 5 course seasonal tasting menu.
Engage with the front of house team to ensure that the dining experience is coordinated and smooth
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen ideally with experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, including modern techniques and trends
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
