Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Support food service operations by timely preparation of meals during peak hours
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and quality specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly in a restaurant or food service setting
