Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while monitoring pool activities and performing necessary maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment for safety compliance.
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and chemical balancing.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Report any incidents or accidents promptly to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain certification and improve skills.
Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard certification is required.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor for guest interactions.
- Previous experience in guest services or lifeguarding is a plus but not mandatory.
