Glenmeadow Condominiums is a residential condominium community located in Waltham Massachusetts. We are looking for two lifegaurds for the 2026 summer season. Below is the description of the job:
Glenmeadow Condominiums Lifeguard Job Description
Job description
1) Ensures the safety of patrons of an aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies.
2) Ensures a safe, sanitary pool.
3) Cleans and maintains a spotlessly tidy and organized pool and deck space.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility.
- Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Performs various cleaning & maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
- Has schedule flexibility, covers shifts when requested for fellow lifeguard team mates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- CPR Certified; Current certification as Lifeguard by a recognized source of training.
