Reporting to the Field Manager of Plumbing, you will be responsible for providing top-notch plumbing services, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective diagnostics and repairs. This position involves keeping tools and equipment in excellent condition while maintaining a clean, stocked vehicle. You will respond to a variety of service calls, including customers under the protection plan and those requiring additional services for electric water heaters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver superior customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Complete diagnostics and repair work to company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle cleanliness
• Respond to plumbing calls and service requests
• Adhere to safety standards at all times
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Certified licensed Plumber or Active Plumbing Apprentice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects efficiently
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
