Residential & Commercial Positions Available
Lyons Plumbing & Construction is growing and looking to hire two licensed plumbers: one for a Residential Plumbing position and one for a Commercial Plumbing position.
We are looking for experienced, dependable plumbers who can come in, produce, and help carry jobs from start to finish. The right candidates will be licensed, confident in the field, able to work independently, communicate well, and complete jobs in a timely and professional manner.
We are not just looking for someone who has a plumbing card — we need someone with real working experience who can solve problems, keep jobs moving, and be a strong part of the team.
Positions Available
Licensed Residential Plumber — PL02 Required
We are looking for a strong residential plumber with experience in service work, remodels, repairs, rough-ins, trim-outs, fixture installations, and troubleshooting.
This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with homeowners and the office, and take ownership of residential plumbing jobs from start to finish.
Residential experience may include:
- Service plumbing and repairs
- Bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Water heaters
- Fixture replacements
- Rough-in and trim-out plumbing
- Drain, waste, and vent piping
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues
- Communicating with homeowners, contractors, and office staff
- Completing work efficiently and professionally
Licensed Commercial Plumber — PL01 Required
We are also looking for an experienced commercial plumber who can help carry larger jobs, work from plans, coordinate with other trades, and keep projects moving efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone with strong commercial field experience who can work independently, solve problems, and potentially grow into a leadership or lead plumber role.
Commercial experience may include:
- Commercial rough-in and trim-out
- Tenant improvements
- Multi-family plumbing
- Plan reading
- Coordination with general contractors and other trades
- Water, waste, vent, and fixture installation
- Troubleshooting field issues
- Jobsite communication and organization
- Completing work efficiently and keeping projects on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Active Washington plumbing license required — PL01 or PL02
- Real field experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong production mindset and ability to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Good communication with customers, contractors, office staff, and team members
- Problem-solving ability in the field
- Service and remodel experience is a plus
- Leadership potential is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean/reasonable driving record preferred
- Dependable, organized, and professional

Pay: $40.00 – $65.00 per hour
