Duties
- Safely apply pesticides and pest control treatments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify pest issues, lawn conditions, or crop health concerns.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment to carry out maintenance and treatment tasks.
- Operate vehicles responsibly to reach various job sites promptly and efficiently.
- Advise clients on pest management strategies, lawn care techniques, and sustainable farming practices.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, equipment used, and safety procedures followed.
- Collaborate with team members to plan daily schedules and ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Valid license as a pesticide applicator issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.
- Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, or landscaping environments.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and land management techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other relevant equipment safely.
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; experience operating farm vehicles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
