Position Overview
Peak Wellness Spa is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated therapist who is passionate about wellness, enjoys building relationships with clients, and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented spa environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, client-focused, and confident in providing personalized massage experiences that promote relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and industry standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized care and communication
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards according to state regulations and spa policies
- Educate guests on wellness recommendations and home care products
- Promote spa services, retail products, memberships, and ongoing promotions when appropriate
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and communicate professionally with team members and management
- Attend team trainings and staff meetings
- Support daily spa operations and contribute to a positive team environment
- Must have weekend availability
Qualifications
- Current Montana Massage Therapy License
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced spa environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends preferred

Pay is competitive and includes commission plus tips, averaging $65-75 per service hour.
