• Facilitate effective recruitment and team integration
• Develop and implement culture-driven initiatives
• Manage difficult conversations with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address employee grievances reliably and fairly
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of varied HR experience
• Relevant diploma or degree in HR/Business
• Active pursuit of CHRP designation preferred
• Knowledgeable in workplace health & safety
• Natural ability to connect with individuals
